Jujitsu utilizes pressure, leverage, and technique to gain and maintain control of an opponent with the goal of submission. Submissions include chokes and joint locks. That may sound scary, but it is relatively safe compared to other forms of exercise and sport. Instructor Neil will be focusing on basic positions, escapes, and control.

PREVIOUS JUJITSU EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED If you would like to attend class without experience you will need to set up a 1:1 session with the instructor before registering for this class.
