Class Offerings
Barbell Circuit: Circuit class with a cardio and weightlifting focus. Be ready to sweat!
Barbell Class: A functional fitness class led by Jenna Kokes DPT focusing on strength, conditioning, and gymnastics emphasizing the importance of proper technique. Be ready to sweat!
Strength Circuit Level 1: Start where you are and get Stronger! Use light free weights, bands, balls, and your body weight to improve your ability to do everyday activities and enhance your quality of Life! Every BODY is welcome. Low impact, no experience necessary
Strength Circuit Level 2: High-intensity interval training lead by a PT that incorporates high bursts of exercise with short periods of rest so that you can get the maximum benefits in a minimal amount of time. It includes strength training, mobility work, and cardio.
Strength Rx: This class is taught by a PT and will focus on postural enhancement, rotational/core strength with the use of kettlebells, bars and heavy clubs. Essential preparation for life in the methow. All Levels are welcome!
Therapeutic Yoga: A gentle approach to yoga, perfect for beginners or those tending to injuries.
Myofascial Release Yoga: Softens connective tissue through long gentle stretching and foam rolling. A perfect apres ski activity!
Gentle Yoga: An accessible & gentle movement practice to support the body and slow down the breath.
Level 1 Yoga: A perfect beginner to intermediate yoga. Come flow with us.
Zumba 101: This class is tailored to beginners, scaled with progressions for all ability levels. Total workout combining cardio, conditioning, balance, and flexibility.
Barre Basics: An introduction to Barre Fitness, a dance-oriented class with foundations in Pilates and yoga.
Pilates Plus: This class is for everybody! Building from your core, we will increase your strength, flexibility, and balance.
Spin Cycle: A cycling and strength circuit class. High energy, set to music, lots of movement, lots of fun!
